Let’s get 2011 off to a great start with our January Strategic Sourcing & Procurement LinkedIn group member call on Dashboards. The topic has come up often in the group. So it’s time to get our collective heads together and share Dashboard challenges, best practices, metrics and anything else that helps us quantify performance, success and risk.

A few of the sample questions I have teed up for the call are:

• How many metrics do you track?
• Who has access? How do you ensure they view & understand?
• If you had to choose just 3 metrics for a dashboard, what would they be?
• What do you wish you could measure (but can’t do to tech, data, political or other factors)?
